Binder / Book Return Policy:

Binders / Books must be unused and – returned in original packaging. We understand the product comes in cellophane and you must unwrap to view the product. However, if you use, remove, photocopy or write on any portion of the product, you will not be eligible for a refund. We advise that you send returned items fully insured, and ensure the items are well packaged, as you are responsible for any damage that occurs to items in transit.
